Jess is an Award Winning, Multi-Published, Globally Recognized Pro Cosmetic Tattoo Artist & Trainer. She holds a Degree in Fine Art with a core focus in Human Anatomy, studying to become a Medical/Forensic Artist before moving to Texas from California in 2013 and obtaining a 2 year Apprenticeship for Cosmetic & Paramedical Restorative Tattooing in Houston. During her apprenticeship she worked as a Makeup Artist to further gain makeup application & color theory knowledge on a variety of skin types, genders, ages, & ethnicities. She continues to bring the Newest and Highest Quality services to her clients by attending yearly training seminars and courses. With over 20+ Certifications to include those from the Industry’s Finest from around The World.

Jess has been in the Cosmetic Paramedical Restorative Tattoo Industry & a Specialist in Feather Hair Stroke Art since 2015 before starting her Business Native Brows® Cosmetic Tattoos in 2016. Jess pairs her Creative, Illustrative, & Technical Knowledge of Art & Human Anatomy to design a one of a kind set of brows and PMU Enhancement for every unique client.   • Payment Plan: Pricing is broken up into 3 separate payments(Initial Deposit Fee, Cash/Zelle balance due at appointment & 6-10 week Touch Up). Example: Hyperrealism: $300 Initial Deposit Fee(non refundable), $450 Cash/Zelle balance due at appointment, $150 Deposit Fee for 2 month Touch Up. Cash/Zelle is preferred to avoid additional fee’s. If using an alternative method an additional transaction fee of $35 will be applied per procedure.

  • *Lash Enhancement is currently available only to existing clients as it requires an in person pre assessment due to the delicate nature of the eyelid membrane, eye shape and as this procedure is Permanent.

  • Touch Up Pricing is NOT included with Initial Session. Touch Up is scheduled 6-10 weeks after Initial Session and it is at this time we can reassess & make adjustments necessary based on healed results for the most desirable, long lasting outcome.

  • Not receiving a Touch Up/Refresh within the time frame suggested will be considered incomplete(due to skin regeneration) and must be booked at the Refresh Price.

  • Touch Up(s) & Annual Refreshers are performed in the same manner as the initial session & require the same Pre & Post Care as initial session & may require the same amount of time as the initial session, please plan your appointments accordingly, the Artist will NOT be rushed.

  • Please keep in mind procedures are SEMI-permanent tattoos that fade in time & require “Refresh” appointments to maintain color, shape, etc. Pricing reflects average fade time of up to 5 years.

  • After Initial & Touch Up, most “Refreshers” are recommended every 2-5 years after Touch Up, upon artists approval.

  • Lip Blush on cooler, dark(blue, purple, brown) hyperpigmented lips will require a 3rd session. Please see “Lip Blush” on services page for details.

  • Please note that a deposit fee is required to schedule and secure your appointment and is deducted from the total price of your procedure. This deposit fee is non-refundable/non-transferable for ANY reason.
